Talent Acquisition Lead

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify, engage and attract technical talent to join the Turing Talent program, including utilising any non-traditional niche channels.
  • Identify and create win-win partnerships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on branding and social media marketing channels
  • You will be hands-on working closely with the founders of the business

What We Are Looking For:

  • Interest in and understanding of technology without having to be technical.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility. We believe in remote working and flexible hours as long as stuff gets done.
  • Ability to move fast. We work on fast iterations to test, learn and improve.
  • A creative, entrepreneurial thinker. People who think outside the box.
  • Flexibility: start up life is unpredictable so we want someone who rolls with it and makes the most of it.

Bonus points:

  • Previous startup experience
  • Previous talent acquisition experience in tech

Position: Full time
Start date: Immediately
Salary: Based on experience
Location: London (We believe in remote working and flexible hours as long as stuff is done.)

  • Ability to move fast. We work on fast iterations to test, learn and improve;
  • A creative, entrepreneurial thinker. People who think outside the box;
  • Flexibility: start up life is unpredictable so we want someone who rolls with it.

Location: Germany or London (open to remote workers)
Timeline: Full time for 4 weeks, but open to discussion for on going part time positions. High performing interns have the opportunity to join on a full time basis.

  • A native or fluent Polish speaker;
